Please can everyone wash your hands as you enter the building and stay socially distanced as much as possible. From the 1st June 2023, we no longer ask you to wear a face covering but do provide masks free-of-charge should be feel more comfortable wearing one or you would like to minismise risks to others.
This is to keep you safe, keep practice staff safe and minimise the risk of you acquiring or transmitting Covid-19, or Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR).
Since the 24th February 2022, we ask you questions to identify whether or not you have respiratory illness (COVID or common cold). We typically do this by email or SMS text. We require identification of treatment on a respiratory or non-respiratory 'pathway'. Since the 12th April 2024, we bring your awareness to the symptoms of measles too.
We do ask you to respect the health of others and postpone* your appointment (letting us know at least 24 working hours notice when possible) if you are unwell.
Should a child (under 16 years old) be unaccompanied by the parent or legal guardian, unless we have the consent of the parent or legal guardian then we will not be able to treat them. Please complete the consent form prior to the child attending their appointment and do ensure it is given to the dental reception team.
* Adults not telling the reception team (tel. 01449 771 700) before your scheduled appointment that you cannot turn up will be considered a 'failure to attend'. Children will be considered "was not brought".
Thank you
