Prior to your dental appointment, the dental reception team will contact you, typically by email or SMS. If you have not yet provided your electronic contact details, the reception will try to telephone you, or better please provide your contact details here.
We will advise you of your appointment date and time.
If necessary, we kindly ask you to contact the reception team on 01449 771 700 immediately and not to visit the practice should you or a member of your household have or show symptoms of COVID19 or have a cough, cold or flu symptoms. We will be happy to postpone your appointment to a later date.
Please do not attend the practice in person unless you have an appointment, you are accompanying a person who requires assistance or are attending with a person who requires your consent.
When attending the dental practice, please continue to wash your hands on entering, wear a face covering if you want (reception can provide you one free of charge if necessary), and socially distance as much as possible. These restrictions on free movement in the practice are concerned with keeping you safe, keeping practice staff safe, and minimising the risk of you acquiring or transmitting COVID19.
Failure to attend or failure to let us know that your cannot attend could result in removal from our NHS list or a charge if a private appointment is missed. We ask you to give use at least 24 working hours notice.
If you are an NHS patient with a registered exemption, please bring your certificate for inspection at the dental practice.
All patients that take medication are kindly asked to bring a list to the practice for discussion with your dentist, hygienist or dental therapist when recording your medical history.
