The dental practice is less than 4 minutes’ walk from the town centre of Stowmarket in Mid Suffolk. There is disabled parking* and public car parking for over 30 customers either directly outside the premises on the Bury Street or 2 minutes away at the Gipping Way public car parks, plus additional public parking throughout the Stowmarket town centre. The intercity train route from Norwich (via Ipswich and Colchester) to London is only 10 minutes walk away. Bus services for Stowmarket and neighbouring towns between Bury Saint Edmunds, Hadleigh, Ipswich and Diss are close.
At the rear of the dental practice there is an access ramp for wheelchair and pushchair users. And (*) a single rear parking space for blue badge patients attending their appointment, available on a first-come basis.

We use NHS (@nhs.net) email to securely communicate between NHS dentists and hospitals.
Our computer system uses email (@soegateway.com) and Tier 1 telecommunication SMS text services to communicate with patients for appointment reminders and recalls. You can send a response to your computer generated SMS texts and emails, and our reception staff will do their best to reply albeit not straight away.
