Patients of all ages are cared for; existing National Health Service (NHS) customers and customers independent of NHS (private) dentistry. If you would like to join our practice for dental or hygiene treatment please check our new-patient availability.
If you have medicines or medical conditions that need to be told to the dentist, dental therapist or hygienist, please bring details to your appointment so that they can be entered onto your medical record. (Self-referral private hygiene patients should provide this information prior to first appointment please.)
Please see the NHS Advice on Coronavirus. If you have a positive test result or symptoms of Coronavirus (Covid-19) or cough, cold and flu symptoms, do not attend your appointment. Call the practice straightaway on 01449 771 700 (or try alternative number in contacts if busy) to rebook for a later date, or we will prescribe AAA services where appropriate or refer you to an Urgent Dental Care centre if in pain
Patients requiring emergency advice or attention should please phone the reception team on 01449 771 700 after 8.30am. Please would patients registered at other practices seek help from their own dentist. If you are unregistered, we can still offer advice over the phone and maybe see us for an emergency appointment if we have diary space - please ring after 9:15am.
Please be aware that our dental practice can only carry out aerosol generating procedures (AGP, drilling/ultrasonic cleaning) in line with Chief Dental Officer recommendations. From 1/4/2022, whenever possible, all private hygienist treatments will use the advanced EMS Airflow techniques to maximise your health and comfort.
If you are not already a member of this practice, you can book a private self-referral hygiene appointment with a Harley Street experienced hygienist by calling the reception team.
If we have had to cancel your routine dental check-up or hygiene appointment, please do not worry. We will do our best to catch up during the next 12 months, though you are welcome to ring and book yourself. Remember - should you experience dental pain, then contact the reception team straightaway.
SMS text reminders or email reminders are provided as a courtesy service only. It is your responsibility to attend your dental or hygiene appointment. Please provide your mobile number and email address* if one is not registered on your patient record so that we can keep you better informed.
* During July 2022 we are introducing an Online appointment booking service for those patients with an email address and mobile phone. A facility might also be possible in future for you to check and update your medical history prior to your appointment from the comfort of your home.
Failure to rebook (within 2 years) or failure to attend a booked appointment may result in your removal from our NHS patient list or a charge if a private patient. On the 24/2/2022 we amended the Automated Reminder SMS and Email messages to remind you of your booked appointment. Our automated recall messages reminding you to book for a routine private hygiene appointment have been on since early 2021.
