In this practice we take complaints very seriously and try to ensure that all our patients are pleased with their experience of our service. When patients complain, they are dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.
As directed by the poster on our reception wall and this website, our complaints handling policy recommends you first write to the proprietor Dr J. M. Geaney either by postal letter or email. Further details on our complaints procedure can be found in the PDF file below.
