Morelife Services
Morelife run evidenced-based programmes to address health inequalities and promote healthy behaviours.
They support weight management, increased physical activity, improved mental health, and stopping smoking.

There is a link between smoking and the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
Diabetes UK provides information on the types of diabetes. It is important that you look after your oral health by following your dentist's advice.

November is Mouth Cancer Action Month and it is supported by the Mouth Cancer Foundation and the Oral Health Foundation - the UK's biggest charity campaign for mouth cancer awareness.
Mouth cancer is now the 10th most common cancer in the UK, with more than 11,000 people diagnosed and an estimated 3,637 lives lost in 2024.

Mental Health

Maintaining good oral health is essential for the overall wellbeing of people living with dementia. A regular mouth care routine can help prevent problems like cavities and infections and avoid pain when eating, drinking and communicating. Dementia UK provides advice and guidance to those persons supporting and caring for those with dementia.
